I tend to think of dishwashers as the brothers of washing machines that were not successful in life and drink 5 $ shots on Thirsty Tuesdays.

Why pay for a contraption that cleans dishes for 2 hours? Just wash them yourself. Its more effective, why?

1. You arent paying for a contraption that wastes power.
2. You dont have to clean the filter.
3. Litteraly take 15 minutes of your time to scrub the dishes, it isnt that hard.
4. If its broken you have to pay someone to fix it. Hands dont break so easily, and nor does soap.

So you might be asking yourself, why use washing machines instead of cleaning the clothes yourself? Because that would take ages, scrubbing ceramic and metal doesnt.

But I live in an apartment all by myself and don't have one and it's pretty easy anyway to just wash your dishes by hand.
