Why Should This Player Be Punished:
These players broke 3.4 by having no association to the person I was raiding and defending him for no reason or benefit. They also kept walking in during the middle of the raid when they clearly were not associated and broke 3.4 under gunpoint. John Cale walks in and Joe Diamond keeps standing outside the door where someone is getting gunpointed. They then all proceed to spray me down and risk their life for no reason. They also started door-spamming in the middle of it...

Evidence (Demo Required):

There is a staff member involved in this video and I am not accusing him of anything. This AR is simply on the others. A staff complaint has been made regarding the staff member in question.

Well, From my point of view it was a huge misunderstanding. I actually thought you were with us as you have knocked around with us in the past. Nowadays, When I base with people I mainly just talk to them and crack on with them as I see no point in growing anymore. And in the past, you were in there cracking on with us as well. Now, of course, I didn't attend these "banter bases" regularly and are usually quite spread out. So I don't know if anything goes on between you and other people like Joe for example in between my visits and hangouts with you. I thought everthing was chill with us lot thats why I came in as I usually do when I see my friend mugging someone and I dont see any threat to him at the time just to see whats going on and to see if he needs help because you know I always support my friends. From your tone, I didn't think you were serious at first but I did go away in the end as I then realized you obviously were not with us and I was not welcome there hence why I left the apartment soon after. Then D3V decided to shoot you. I was actually shocked and surprised he did this and I actually questioned why he did it afterward. That was my involvement and it was just a huge misunderstanding. I know I should not have came in the apartment even though I thought we were all friends. I will certainly learn from this and remind others if I catch anyone else making this mistake in the future. Again, Sorry for this Brandy. Watching the video again a couple times I believe they were not very happy with you mugging a sweatervest, however, I played a very little part in them shooting you expect you gunpointing me for a valid reason which is not a reason for them to shoot you for.

I broke no rules, I did what my org told me to do because you gped John. I didn't door spam, btw, that was someone else, idk who. You can clearly hear in the video me saying "Did you gunpoint John?" and Gary says "End him end him", so I attempted to. I was also told in org chat to kill you.

You cannot kill someone because they were gunpointed. It has been clearly stated to several people that is against the rules. You had nothing to benefit in killing me because I gunpointed John away from a situation he wasn't involved in. According to Perpheads vs Code Monkey, you cannot kill someone that gunpoints you.
