Semi involved I guess as I responded to the sit, I looked at his perspective when he posted it in LOOC and IMO he would've exited from the left door and not right which would provide him some cover which sadly didn't happen due to some gr8 car placement, he only saw you pull out a gun and took his chance to defend himself when he realized it. He didn't even see you in attack stance as you went out of his field of view.

@Chase saved you a reply xx

He saw me pull my gun out the reason why i didnt gun point him there was because i froze. Either way you should of never taken eyes off a guy that pulled a gun out. Just because he didnt see it doesnt mean i didnt perform the action. The other door was blocked so he couldnt of gotten out of there.

You didn't gun point because you "froze". Sorry bud but that gave me enough time to get time and distance away from you and a minimum amount of cover. I already had my pistol out and hit my panic button by the time you said "get out of your car" in my video. I'm already posing a threat to you by having my pistol out of my side. I already have decided to pull my pistol out and after that there's no going back. As I turn around with my pistol on my side after running you're already popping shots off on me which I return fire.

Are you a tactical expert now? When would you not attempt a full sprint to get behind cover? You don't need eyes on the subject at all times if you life is in peril. 3 things that increase your chance of survival. Time, distance, and cover.

@Creepis thanks for tagging me, had no idea he actually posted this.

No matter what you say you were under gun point. When i pulled my gun out you were still inside your vehicle. At this close range even if you run you wont escape and therefore put your life at risk.

A gun to your side is not under gun point. I put my life at risk by being on duty and pulling up next to you. Being in uniform you would've wasted me anyways. I retaliated and won the fight. Wasn't much of a risk if I survived and am wearing Kevlar?

Doesnt matter of what the outcome was. You were under gun point how many screenshots do i need to prove it? Not only did you run but you also pulled out a firearm

You gun was on your side it wasn't gun point, by the time you raise your gun I'm already at a full sprint away from the threat. By the time I exit my vehicle, hit my panic button while upholstering my firearm it is reasonable to anyone to believe I had enough distance and cover to help me in the fight which is proven in both videos. As an Officer if you have the slightest chance to win a fight you'll take it.
