Ever since I figured out how to deep fry, I've experimented a lot with different ways to make stuff at home. I present to you, homemade Fries/Chips and homemade Japanese Fried Chicken.

(This isn't the Japanese Chicken, it was made on 2 different days)

This is my level of cooking. I even managed to fuck up microwave ramen before. Forgot to put water in the bowl and had to get a new microwave afterwards

first is asparagus + goats cheese & with rocket (ARUGULA FOR AMERITARDS)

second is tomato + parmesan topped with roast aubergine (eggplant) + mozzarella & with rocket + tomato salad in balsamic dressing
