Server Suggestion Respawn for mission

Suggestion Title: Respawn for mission
Suggestion Description: So the mission starts at city hall, but lots of sweaters end up starting it near intersection as their first impulse on joining is to just run forward. Sweaters then often then have to go back to city hall which if they have ventured too far is a real pain.

I think it should respawn them when they start the mission so they are in the correct place.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Lost sweaters

I think the mission needs a renew anyway.

Currently the sweaters are shown some controls and then need to buy a property to continue. Due to availability/cost they always pick hicktown. Then half of them walk there by foot for 30min, a lot also get robbed.

Whilst i dont disagree, V6 should fix this!

We are experimenting with moving the main spawn away from City Hall, so the missions will most likely need a complete overhaul for the release of v6, something I believe @GP has expressed interest working on previously
