Suggestion Title: dispose of car bombs that are on cars
Suggestion Description: So we had a situation today where someone was planting a car bomb on someone's car, we tried C2'ing it and nothing so we had to do a controlled explosion using a civ as what amounts to a human shield as it where, so what I'm suggesting is that instead of this being a issue, TFU would be able to cut wires underneath the car using like pliers or something to that effect.
The reason why this is useful is for 1 putting less lives at risk, 2 make sure the persons car does not blow up, 3 increase chances for RP in this situation.
I feel like there should be some stipulations for example only to be used in heavy gear, there would have to be policy's in place to make this an effective change and also maybe a new model however that depends on if this gets accepted or not
Why should this be added?:
- Increases RP situations with PD
- Would be able to dispose of more different types of bombs
- Would not be as much of a inconvenience for people
What negatives could this have?:
- new policy's for TFU to make
- Dev time
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Not being able to dispose of bombs underneath cars
