Why should this player be punished?: Player got mad because someone asked who had any glocks in bazaar and i answered that i did and he bought it, lesley got mad came in my shop and told me to quit stealing his customers, which led to him asking 3 new players to kill me for 30k, my friend overheard it and asked them why they were doing that and later on he came in my shop with a gun pointed at my head and shot me, and before he was able to kill me i was defended by a gang member.

I didnt do anything but ask him why he was acting like that and setting hits he just replied and said we were fine and acted like he wasnt paying people to kill me, then out of nowhere tried to kill me. We had like 2 interactions

no i shot him before he shot me, i didnt hear anything concrete, but i saw him two other dudes, i heard my name and "i got a gun" in the same sentence

U called another guy into the back of ur shop to ask hiim to do the same thing and my gang member heard everything and even asked you about it and when i asked you called me a bitch for "believing everything people say" yet we seen a chat in local asking if he still had to do it. Either way you attempted to kill me over nothing. Nobody made threats to you, you were the only one trying to start issues

From what we’ve seen, as well as your responses, you’ve clearly broken 2.5 in this situation; Excessive negativity.

You should not have shot the user over verbal insults, nor for ‘stealing customers’, these are not valid reasons for attempting to KOS someone, please familiarize yourself with our server rules to avoid situations like this in the future.

Although we did not check demo(s) because we cannot verify the time when / if you had any interactions with hiring players to go and kill the user, if you ever do, please make sure you have actual valid reasons to assassinate someone; because if you don’t, you will be held accountable.
