Im having a hard time figuring out if this has a casino edge or not. It feels obvious that the casino should be favored about 15% or something, but chatgpt keeps saying that RTP is 235% or something. It also feels like people are winning a lot but maybe they just got lucky. Idk help

I don't think there is an edge to this
Each flip is always going to be 50/50 and everytime they flip again theres no increase on your profit, only their profit

Probably due to the compound you state in the "grand u another bonus" its calculating 1,5x + 3x (so 4.5x) + 6x (so 10.5x)..... instead of the individual odds of winning the next.

Based on the odds u (the better) about return $0.75 on the dollar until stage 4 and going downhill on after.

For this game, the odds of winning at step n is given by 0.5^n.

Since each step is a discrete outcome (ie, you can't earn money from step n then keep going,) the expected values should be treated as separate for each step. This is given by (return * 0.5^n)

Interestingly, the expected value at each step doesn't start decreasing until it hits 12x, meaning they there's actually no extra expected profit in it for the casino if the player chooses to bet up to that after winning the first toss. This may be why you're feeling the way you are, but rest assured the game is sufficiently unfavorable for the player.
