Why should this player be punished?: The user died to southgate and decided to come back once his NLR timer was over to lock me inside the building.

@Galle wanted to be tagged so he could deal with since I had to go off.

Why did you choose to return to the same situation after respawning, even though the raider was still in the middle of transporting the drugs to his van?

i didnt see the drugs in his van i returned because its my house to enter my house so i can be in my house

At no point did you attempt to enter your property. Instead, you locked the door and quickly ran away.

Why didn’t you investigate the situation before locking the door or returning to the property? Had you waited, you would have seen the raider transporting the drugs.

because i heard footsteps inside which is when i remembered the could still be inside my home which then i ran

The user shouldn't have locked the door while you were still busy raiding the property.

He will receive a warning for 3.5 and 5.3.
