Server Suggestion Candy Cane changes

Suggestion Title: Candy Cane changes
Suggestion Description: Three things:
- Remove candy canes dropping on death
- Remove candy canes doing damage (to balance them dropping on death)
- Move candy canes from secondary weapon category to holiday items

Why should this be added?:
- Candy cane owners can enjoy their candy canes without fear of losing it
- Candy canes can be more festive

What negatives could this have?:
- not that worth current dev time
- might mess up candy cane pvp event, though im sure you could make an identical candy cane that deals damage

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Makes candy canes more festive

Should probably also add the halloween broom to that list too. Currently there's almost no reason to take it out of storage since you risk losing it last I checked.

If this happens to the broom i completely agree as well, people pay a lot for both and cant even use them

Yes please I’ve been wanting this for a while. Both candy cane and brooms never get used as weapons unless in certain gun game events that aren’t event setup yet for v6

might not be worth the time but they could add a animation / sound to the candy cane if it’s made a non weapon. Just like the broom has. Like some Christmas bells
