Police Suggestion Buff the RTU marked bmw 340i

Suggestion Title: Buff the RTU marked bmw 340i
Suggestion Description: At the moment, aside from the acceleration the RTU bmw is pretty much useless, with a top speed around 85~ mph, and with the length of highways in v6 it is basically useless for pursuits if the vehicle is anything better than a lexus. i think the top speed should be around 90-100mph for it to actually be worth while.

Why should this be added?:
- BMW 340i being too slow for pursuits

What negatives could this have?:
- nothing i can think of, if you think of anything lmk

What problem would this suggestion solve?: the RTU bmw being basically useless in v6

I don't use the car and I'm not even RTU but my short experience with this car is quite shit. For a RTU car it is so slow, I def think this is needed.

I do think the 340i is good for V6, especially now, because the map has a lot of sharp turns, crosswalks, and the traffic and pedestrian flow is a lot higher within city limits. We RTU officers, have to take a lot more precautions during the pursuits. The 340i is slower, but has better turning, so it's like a love-hate thing. If you want more speed and less turning, go with the Porsche, if you want more turning and less speed, go with the 340i.

i feel like the handling and its acceleration are its only good features, if you let the car escape on tight turns and theres no other officers available youre losing that car, even the EMS audi rs4 goes faster (90mph)
to clarify, im not asking for it to go like 110 like the porsche, but maybe 95-100

lowk gang the porsche sucks for handling imo but the bmw goated w it, as mentioned previously porsche go fast but bmw go further w out crashing. I agree though rtu cars need a few tweaks to match v6, the undercover audi lowk sucks atm cause most cars are faster than it. i'd like to see the porsche's handling be better in the forest area cause atm if u go above like 40mph u lose control frequently and end up crashing, and yh the bmw just needs to go a tad faster to account for the map size
