I keep having a issue when i join where i just can't move i can look around i see players moving but i myself can't see chat or move only fix is rejoining which with the queue can be hell jst started happening recently idk if related or not
Don't turn it off this time, it's not supposed to be easy to bypass queue, it's supposed to be fair for all players lol. The other complaints are invalid lol.

We changed some settings on the queue and it caused some people to get stuck. Shouldn't happen again. We are monitoring it.

me watching as my autohotkey script that presses up and enter in an infinite loop gets me into the server 0.02 seconds quicker than holding auto join

Queue servers remain impractical to do. And a way to do the queue system was only just discovered.
Yeah, it seems like a waste of money and dev time to pay for an entirely new server just so people can go into another one.
The new queue system makes a lot more sense with the way its just on the main server.

Server Queue System
Hi all!
From today we are testing a new system to help players getting on the server when it is full. Previously, when full, the best way to get onto the server was to spam ENTER and pray you got a spot. This new system will allow you to join a queue to get in, removing all the luck and hopefully making getting in more consistent and more fair.
How does it work?
If you join when the server is full, you will be placed into a queue, which will be shown on the loading screen. Once you reach the top of the queue and a space is made available, you will automatically be spawned in.
What if I crash/restart my game when playing?
If you crash, restart your game, or get disconnected, you will be given a priority spot for 10 minutes. This does not mean your spot on the server is reserved. Just that if you join the queue, you will be placed near the front, allowing you to get back in a little faster. If you reconnect after 10 minutes you will go to the back of the queue.
What if I leave the queue?
If you leave the queue, your position will be lost. You need to remain on the loading screen.
When is the queue active?
The queue will only turn on when the server reaches 128 players. If the server is not full you will connect as normal.
This is a pretty big change to how you join the server, so we are looking for your thoughts and feedback on the new system. Please let us know if you think it is a positive change, if you think it might need some adjustments, or if you think it could bring with it some issues we haven't foreseen. We will be keeping an eye on this thread for your feedback.

Is how you’ve done it going to be a trade secret? I don’t think something like this was possible in GMOD
I tried the queue I takes a bit longer than the Enter holding, but it is more chill and reliable, the time difference isn’t that big like a few mins tops
