After reviewing the demo footage, it has become clear that @Keisari Jorgos I was already part of the raid. He had shot at an officer prior, once his organization members had initiated the counter within the rules; additionally, when he killed you, there was no longer any law enforcement active in the area.

Therefore, no rules were broken during this engagement.
