ive thinked about making this discussion in the past 1 week, been playing perp not quite alot like before i dont know if its only me but i feel like crim is indeed slowly dying the main reason are

- No crim updates at all
- No new guns
- Not enough competitive organisation like ( GS9 , SFG, Liquid ) it just feels boring fighting same people over and over again is not even about the numbers no more GS9 dying slowly aswell as we are around 4 to 6 maximum everyday (not even)

I know it is supposed to be roleplay server but its not even that anymore

Developers should think about doing something for the crim side not just add some update thats about drugs i dont feel like it will affect any of the criminal side beside money and right now it is indeed pretty easy to make 150k in less than 30 minutes.
Even the hitreg sometimes dont register as it is supposed to be

Hope you guys can give some opinions about any updates that you think will help revive the criminal side like it was in V5!!

Alot of you guys may think its not dead ( Talking about main copers @tylerye) If you Player crim alot you will see what i mean there is nothing to raid at all and it is always the same people

Crims have been slowly dying since the server started, according to the forums.

I was on cop yesterday running from PD raid, to bank robbery to raid without being able to gear down for 2h straight.

I don't know how exactly "crim is dead"? If anything it should calm down more, so there's actual time to do more peaceful stuff inbetween.

On a game that started as a Mod of a game from 2004, I'd say it's doing pretty good. CS2 can't get it right, what makes you think Gmod can?

Sure bank and raid at the same time thats nothing thats what you think from your side because ive never seen you playing or raiding as an actual criminal with some org no one can compete with orgs like Sfg gs9 and others ( in my opinion) thats why i want that update so people can actually start making way bigger orgs that can stand against Gs9 and other org above and actually fight them. if you see my prospective everyday trying to find something to raid you would actually want to quit yourself because theres only the same people and org that are the one i list above its just boring and winning alot i just want more competition

If you want more competition may I recommend escape from tarkov or Rainbow Six Siege? You can get plenty from those two games alone

I would love new guns but that takes time, energy, and resorces for people that are not paid to do it why would they make new guns and stuff when they already have a bunch that "work"

If you want more competition may I recommend escape from tarkov or Rainbow Six Siege? You can get plenty from those two games aloneo

i played siege before was 2x champion top 240 in EU and then quit cos it got bored and perp can get fixed and become way more fun

I think most of my issues can be boiled down to the lack of an update, I just want them to throw us a bone of some form because it feels impossible trying to suggest anything meaningful knowing that it will be thrown into the endless backlog of crim update ideas that would be very cool but will never get implemented because we are seen as the lowest life form in the percheads ecosystem

I think if you try to deny the fact that criminal gameplay just gets significantly less updates than every other part of the server then you are lying to yourself

Thats because everyone just wants updates that allows them to pew pew more guns rather than actual RP scenario's,
Allow more robberies, with hostages and amend the rules to ban people killing cops after getting free passage.
You cant even rob a bank with a hostage anymore because the server moved in such way people just do it to pvp.

If people want more competition,FACEIT has a nice solution

Why give crim an update when 65% just want to PVP, i'm not even surprised.

But then again, if new updates do not facilitate RP, People also wont RP more.

hostage situations are like a plague upon the server currently from what i've heard and create notoriously difficult and stupid situations which nobody really enjoys navigating other than using them to shoot the other guy better

other things such as shop robberies have been suggested forever and seem to always be denied because "no lol", there have been so many suggestions over time to flesh out criminal gameplay without shooting and they just fall to the wayside
