Why were you punished?: 5.3 - After dying in a raid at Farm, the user returned to pick up his friend, where his friend was killed. The user then took revenge for his friend despite it being correlated to the same situation he had died in.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I am disputing this warning, because I feel that I did not break the rulebreak that Teby has warned me for. I am also disputing to add my side of the story, as I feel it is relevant, and I wasnt contacted by staff, or given a chance to do this.
THE SITUATION:
Me, Besian Ali, Antii-Paska, and WIllie Kushner were raiding farm. During that raid we killed the base members, the group of base members that came to counter, and the cops that attended the scene. I died during the final wave of cops by a police officer with a pistol.
Upon respawning we wanted to go back to lakeview (base), but couldnt because of it being close to our NLR point. Instead I went to bazaar to buy guns, and then was in business sector for a while with my org mate Besian Ali (who also died in the raid).
20 minutes after the raid (15 minutes after respawning) I was in Besian's car when we drove back to lakeview. This is where we encountered Ellijah and his org mate. I knew both of them died in the raid, so we were all in a new life (saw them full dead on raid scene), hence why I did not see a threat in the situation. Since I knew Elijah I stepped out with the intention to talk to him for a bit with Willie (3 of us were in org Katch and Kush together before and do this occasionally). They then pulled weapons, and shot Willie, and tried to gunpoint Besian. Since I stood behind them, I decided to try and protect Besian, since Willie was already dead, and shot Ellijah with my pistol, I did not succeed and they killed me.
THE WARNING:
Today I got a discord message from Teby, saying I've been warned for returning to a raid and assisting. This is not the case. From the information I had this raid was over, and we were all there at lakeview gas station in a new life. I feel that because Elijah and his basemate decided to gunpoint Besian after shooting Willie, I had valid KOS on them to protect him.
I spoke to Teby briefly in discord, and he claims that that gunpoint and shooting of Willie was directly related to the raid, however I disagree with that, as that raid was long over. Elijah and his org friend were also in a new life, which wouldnt make sense why they would act on information from a previous life..
It was 20+ minutes after I was even last near farm, and I was at lakeview with the intend to go inside. I had no intentions, nor took any action to intervene or get back into the raid, which is what I was warned for. To my knowledge, everyone involved had died in the raid, and this was long over. The only reason I shot Elijah is because he gunpointed my org mate, after shooting another.
The warning also states I came back to to the raid with the intention to pick up my friend, which was false. I came to lakeview gas station (not farm) with the intent to go back to base. I had no way of knowing if a raid that happened more than 20 minutes ago was still ongoing, as to my knowledge everyone on location had died, so the situation ended.
