User killed someone who was raiding, he did this in front of cops because he was "shot in crossfire" while clearly breaking 3.4 being stood watching.

you can hear the cop fire right before Cronny runs down the alleyway where jays rex than shoots him. This being 3.4 as not only did he shoot crony while cops were on the scene of a raid Jays rex was not involved in, he did this because he was "crossfired" when he made no attempt to flee active gunshots.
(i was also involved in the raid and was part of it)

I shot at him in efforts to defend my life. I was originally going back to my base in office but police informed me of raid and was advised to leave office area. I was chilling in spawn as they shot and killed two officers in front of me whilst also shooting me in the leg which is why I decided to take action.

1. the officers were not dead, you did not attempt to flee when shot at but decided to take action because you had been "crossfired", doing all this while officers were on scene and handling the shootout, your intervention was not needed nor was your life at threat as you were not shot at deliberately, you got crossfired and had all chances to flee/leave as you should have already done.

2. You took action for no viable reason, your life was not at risk you just got unluckily caught by a stray bullet, you should have started running instead of trying to kill someone for no actual reason infront of police.

3. you are not defending your life, you were not actively being shot at nor was your life a threat, you were close to a shootout but proceeded to involve yourself unnecessarily with cops on scene.

4. if officers informed you of a raid at office, why did you proceed to wait at office when there is a very high chance the shootout would come to market street as you clearly knew cops were there?

this all shows to me you made no clear attempt to keep yourself alive and proceeded to involve yourself into a shootout when cops were actively on scene, both of which violated 3.4.

Cops hold main street when office raiders proceed to leave via front, you standing there knowing there is a raid as you stated officers even told you and the many clear gunshots and calling KOS on a person who is raiding cause he accidentally shot ur foot when ur stood in an active shootout shows your clear negligence.

raiders push cops to kill them to make scene secure.
YOU have already been informed by said cops sitting at market street that there is an ongoing raid showing their awareness, you also know there is cops at market street therefore meaning a high chance of those cops being pushed.
You again do not leave knowing the risk of the shootout.

YOU than get hit in the leg by crossfire because you sat in an active area where cops and raiders are shooting eachother.
you are given an option. LEAVE to avoid putting your life at risk.

YOU than choose to engage in a shootout you are not involved in because you got hit by a stray round when you can see you clearly were not the target or at risk as you literally witness a cop die and the shooter run off, you do this with cops on scene and because you failed to leave an area where shooting was happening.

It is not me doing a staff members job to report you for breaking rules in an action request i made!

Sorry I had to get off Perp after playing for 3 hours to work on my side business... I already listed my full reason which lead to homies death. My AR was already going to be made regardless due to Joshua Black breaking NLR and character but I was busy doing some stuff IRL.
