I support this idea because then the raiders will have to do a bit more planning on what house/apartment they are going to raid and how they should do so, this meaning that they should be more aware.

Yes but this will be good to learn the streets. As well as dispatch can set you to a crime and it'll guide you to it ( if they add that in) and not all people remember names of the street they know where it is but they don't know the street name.
