Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
tazers are pretty simple to explain, but here you go. tazers are there for police, they are for police officers who don't like to go lethal. this means they can get the suspect without having to call a medic all the time. obviously you could use it for foot pursuits (if there is any of them.. ever.) easier to catch suspects instead of shooting them and or harming them.
