After speaking with other staff members, we have agreed to deny this. You drove over to church and got out of the car and instantly confiscated a gun. After speaking to the user it seems like they made a mistake by pulling it; hence, why they crouched and didn't attempt to fight you. They will receive a warning for 3.4
