I think this would make things much, much better. Not only would it be fairer for everyone who wants to join, but it also would allow us to do other stuff while waiting for a spot, rather than holding enter and being on the brink of a seizure with the flashing loading/menu search screens.

To add to this, you should also reasonably expect to get a larger ticket, as calling for an armed assault on a government building to free a felon is the exact opposite of cooperation with Law Enforcement.

@Hjalte why did you make an Action Request instead of a normal report? You have the evidence, you and the player are on-line, and there are plenty of staff. There is no reason to make an AR.
