Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User was under gunpoint and told to put his hands up, instead he started walking around which resulted in his death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I listened to everything he said, he said to consent and I consented to the zips then a walked away a little bit but he didn't say stay still and I tried coming back towards him so he can zip me but he carried on shooting me and I died, this is what happened, when he first came in I had the hands up I consented like he said to and all he had to do is press on me one more time with the zips out and I would of been zipped
Additional Information: also I've been so good for a long time and I know I have a history for not listening under gun point but this time i genuinely was listening to them and i did what they said and i actually know now that i have to listen to people under gunpoint now so why would i do that i really do think this ban is joke bc i havnt done nothing
