Ban Dispute/Appeal

there was a man in the subway, i was running out when i noticed him pull out a gun. In passing, i heard him say hands up to me and obviously i don't want to surrender to this fool so i run and he kills me. literally no big deal, its my life and i can do what i want with it. but a 5 day ban? i just think its unreasonable that someone else has control over my in game life i should be able to live or die if i want at my leisure. i just think 5 days is a very unreasonable ban for such a cut and dry F6.
