Suggestion Topic: 2.5 Excessive Negativity
Suggestion Description: on 2.5 the rule say you cant shoot unarmd people

but i think it should be fixed since if i raid place the guy that are unarmd should announced himself and put hes hands up undear rule 3.4 (stay alive and dont put ur life on risk)

Why should this be added?:

better rp since if someone get raided he will insta put hes hands up ?

less people get killed while they are unarmd

less people get ban/warn for killing unarmd people

less people troll while they dont have gun

What negatives could this have?:
easier raids ?

less risk on raider ?

ok, if you bobby pin a door and they don't hear you what happens then? Everyone should have trigger discipline. What your doing with this rule change is enabling people to go in quietly and then if they don't have their hands up you can shoot them. Then the only way to attempt to prevent this would be making it a rule break. However I do agree if people know they are being raided and unarmed they should be putting their hands up.

There is a reason this is how it is. People would just immediately die every time they get raided without any roleplay if they are unarmed. It is not a fun way to have to wait 5 minutes if you die every time you do not have a gun.

You should just not shoot anyone that isn't visibly armed, if you gunpoint them ordering them to put their hands up and they instead get behind cover they are breaking rule 3.4 (if they are unarmed) and should be reported. If there is absolutely no reasonable way to get a gun if you are unarmed, you should ALWAYS comply, even if you can get in cover. If you cannot SAFELY RUN somewhere without putting your life at risk in the near future or right then and there, DON'T run/hide.

It really is not that hard and I don't think this rule change will make it any better.

edit: If they disobey your order you can also just shoot them as they break rule 3.4.

They can rp as they can put there hands up and don’t get shot instade of hiding behind barricade and that would anyone act if he get raid

Why raider would put he’s life in risk ? Especially if the guy hiding behind something

If he see arms ppl in he’s base / see he’s door open and ppl with guns just put he’s hands up ?

I mean that rule will benefit both sides since raiders wont get ban/warning for something stupid and defender won’t get kill

This is not necessary, the rule is fine as it is.

It's honestly not that hard to distinguish armed people from unarmed people while raiding, and if players are purposefully peaking you whilst being unarmed, they are breaking 3.4 within themselves, so you wouldn't be punished for 2.5 if you accidentally killed them.

An example can be seen in this clip:

  1. The unarmed person complied and put their hands up
  2. The person who had a weapon ran behind cover to pull his weapon out
  3. I only shot the visibly armed people and waited to see if the others were visibly armed before shooting them.

Her they are not real good shooters they could get you especially first guy as he was holding gun behind cover and it would be so annoying if you got killed by him
