Why should this player be punished?: Edward (@AlterZ) deliberately and without cause, pitted me on the highway, and later feigned a lane merge so that I would hit him at a high speed on the highway thereafter, claiming that I attempted to kill them. This I believe broke rule 3.15.

When we pulled up to gas station thereafter, he attempted to extort me for vehicle repairs, despite having caused the first collision directly, and on purpose, and the second collision either deliberately, or inadvertently, by driving below the posted speed limit and feigning a lane change. While I was speaking to him, Adam (@adam elicha) shot me and finished me off, presumably for "trying to kill them" despite his friend being the instigator and driver at fault in both occasions. This I believe broke rule 2.5.

Later, when I was an officer, I was arresting Edward for reckless driving, failing to stop following a collision, and a variety of other associated traffic offences. Whilst I was transporting him, Bob (@Literally ⒷⓞⒷ) was following close behind. After I stopped at the scene of a collision caused inadvertently by myself, mainly due to being distracted by Bob pursuing me in a reckless manner, Bob crashed into me and started pushing my vehicle, at which point I gunpointed and arrested him, took his weapons, and left his vehicle where it was. I saw no reason to call for traffic units as I reasoned they'd be occupied with the ongoing shootout, and prompt and safe transport was my main priority.

When I was down at the jail cells, both Bob and Edward were extremely toxic and difficult, with Edward asking if I had Parkinson's, and a variety of other thinly veiled insults from both parties. Bob then started spamming roll whilst he was being jailed. I believe both players here broke Rule 1.4, and Bob also likely broke Rule 3.15 by attempting to push my police vehicle for no reason.

Ok so first off i wanna say that i did not mean to hit you with a pit maneuver, that is why i was slowed down to tell you that i was sorry. And i don't know what you mean that i feigned some lane merge? Because i was basically stopped and you were driving in the opposite lane and then just swerved into my car. And the part where you were booking us i don't get what the problem is are you not allowed to criticize someone? And it did take a long time.

What's the problem with me rolling?

I did not mean to pit him i was trying to get on the side of him, hence why i stopped afterwards to say sorry and then almost got killed because allen purposefully hit my car. And in the jail cells i was not trying to be a jerk but it was taking him a veryy long time. And i dont know what you mean with soundboard use? None of us use a soundboard.

At 2:55, the officer stops/slows down from 70mph to 30mph on the middle of the highway and in a matter of a second, which leaves me no time to slow down. At 3:04-3:08 the officer disregards a stop and a yield sign and hits a car and then stops in the middle of the road instead of pulling out of the road and into the gas station, which in this situation where I say "Mate go! this is not a stop sign". I do not know where a sound board is involved in this because neither me or Edward have a soundboard.
