The growing of narcotics should carry the risk of literally having your house bombed as this not only is something other gangs would do to eliminate rival drug operations but because basing is money farming and needs some degree of extreme risk since cops can’t really pose that risk.

To kinda stay on topic, bombs are the only way to make hard and/or almost impossible properties raidable by fucking up defences. It can also fuck you up however if the whole room becomes a mess so it's kind of a trade off.
