Me and rachel both failed our 1st RTU exam, and we ended up getting put in our 2nd together as well, let’s just say, from both of those, rachel may have fumbled the police chase a few times . (She hit a lot of walls)

Why do you think we had to wait so long between each campaigns. Had to pay everyones Insurance fee and had to settle some suits.
