Suggestion Topic: New Rule
Suggestion Description: Adding a rule under section 1 of the rules that requires people to speak English, and to speak English around people whom you may not know speak your language.

Why should this be added?:
Currently there is no actual rule that requires you to speak English, or to speak a language that everyone can understand during role-play, this would allow everyone to understand what is being said, and people would be able to know what other people are calling out in all situations.

What negatives could this have?:
- People would no longer be allowed to speak a different language to people to inform other people about situations speaking their own language people don't understand.
This would literally be the only downside at all is people complaining that they can no longer give information in a language 85% of the server cant understand :)

No sense in this no diversity cant hear russians screaming.

As long as you can understand english and speak it sufficiently to communicate with others, I see no issue allowing other languages. This needlessly restricts the few people who meet this minimum, but prefers to speak their own language with the few people they can speak it with.

A dedicated rule makes sense, but not to this extreme degree.

Considering we currently have people who only speak their own language whilst around other people when others for instance have a firearm out, I feel like this would be needed as you do not know what they are saying, and they know exactly what you are saying. Obviously there would be discretion to this rule.
