Suggestion Description: Ableism(phobia or discrimination against the disabled) should be added as a term under discrimination
Why should this be added?:
A positive for this could result in more disabled people coming to play the server
A reduction in hate-speech against disabled people and other minorities
It promotes a sense of identity in Perpheads
It is a big demographic making up 16% of the worlds population but is often discriminated against
It puts the term in black and white prohibiting admins discretion when it comes to ableism
What negatives could this have?:
It could reduce to player base as some are fond of that particular choice of the word due to previous freedom with it in turn leaving perpheads
Ableism could be harder to comprehend for many players and administrators who are speaking a second language
