Description of the Bug: SCAR-L is unreliable at headshotting from behind

How to reproduce the Bug: For some odd reason the SCAR-L is currently exhibiting weird behaviour where it does not one shot kill a person if you're shooting them from behind (or their side) on what should be a one shot kill on their head. There are multiple examples in Media, all of which happened with the SCAR-L. I have not had this happen on any other gun before.

I really don't know the specifics on why this happens. It could be elevation, hitboxes, tickrate or animations of player models.

For Devs viewing, I believe it would be worth while to look into similar issues with the L11 and AS50 (potentially all weapons). Today, I'm direct hitting multiple people in the chest with the L11 and consistently bleeding them. I have a ton of use with this weapon, and have always been able to rely on its primary function. I feel that this has only started occurring recently, because it was never this often. I'm sure anyone can summon footage of the abysmal "hit reg" that everyone's has been complaining about, but I think there is something more happening that can't be chalked up to the usual complaints and which was not the same before:

On most games, most likely including gmod, shooting from behind on people's head is an overall hit box issue, depending on what the player you are shooting is looking at
