Suggestion Title: Drugs drop if picked up within 5-10 minutes
Suggestion Description: Drugs harvested should drop if picked up within a certain amount of minutes before dying. This does not include taking them out of storage.
This would make rule 3.13 obsolete and self-enforced (except for weird edge cases, where a person picks up the drugs, holds a position.
The items should probably drop as a combined single item to avoid weird behaviour or introducing too many props into situations.

Why should this be added?:
- Self enforce 3.13
- Dying mid raid with a lot of picked up goods would not let you keep it
- Staff time investigating whether a rule violation did or did not occur

What negatives could this have?:
- Potential duplication bugs
- Additional unfrozen props introduced into an area

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Players picking up drugs mid raid, then shortly dying and preventing the player or police, who survived, from keeping it.

How could we avoid people potentially picking their drugs, replanting and then for example going afk holding a gun in their base, getting killed and their drugs getting dropped even though they did not break 3.13?

What about when people do not break 3.13 picking the drugs, and then potentially getting flanked after during transporting, getting blackscreened and it still getting dropped despite not breaking the rules?

Would they then have to make an F6 to get said items back? Or would they simply lose it despite not breaking the rules?

Don't? How about when you go AFK and someone mugs you and takes even more items? Holding a gun whilst AFK doesn't really protect you from being mugged, since you can use a baseball bat to knock it out of their hands, which happens semi-frequently.

That's the point. You lost the raid, you lose the loot and the people who killed you can get them. Currently if you as the homeowner come home and the raiders are just leaving and you shoot them, you just simply can't get the drugs back.

If said items were lost as a result of a rulebreak, yes. Otherwise that would be just a loss you'd take.



In general this change would promote leaving with your loot instead of trying to go for an extra kill.

Store them to avoid this.
 
This just makes raiding with small group even less profitable. It was already really hard to kill defenders + kill 10-18 cops online with a small group , which meant you'd be likely to lose the guns. On top of that, with a small group the raid ends very fast which causes you to get revived most of the time. If you got blackscreen'd by luck it always felt good to at least get some stuff from the raid. If this is accepted, now you'll lose the small amount of drugs you got from the raid in addition to your gun.

With big groups this won't be an issue as big raids last 15-20 mins

It shouldn't be profitable if you lose, therefore encouraging fleeing a situation instead of prolonging it once you already have the loot.

If you want the loot, you try to run.
 
If you lose it is not profitable, keeping the drugs just reduces the loss a little for the group. This just incentivizes the raiders to play safe until the 5-10 min timer is up. Obviously running is the better choice as you keep your gun aswell but its not always possible.

If you want the loot, you try to run.
But if you try run away you still have a high chance to fail since there is 5-9 cops surrounding your ass some of them with heavy gear so a lot just choose to camp the property.

In which case you violated the rule anyways and should return the items
