Why should this appeal be considered?: I am appealing my ban for endangering myself by putting my life in danger as cops were supposedly only a few feet away
From my point of view, I did not know that cops were that close. They were out of sight when it happened, and I had no idea that I was putting my life at risk by killing the player. The player I killed was KOS due to the conflict with my org, so I was only reacting to what was happening in front of me. i waited for the cops to be out of sight and the area and i asked my friend to get the car ready so i could have a getaway, as you can see in the clip. I understand the rule about not putting your life at risk when police are near, and if I had actually seen them, I would have acted differently. But I really did not see them and had no idea that they were only a few feet away. The thing that bothers me about the whole situation is that the person I killed was an admin, and they took the report and banned me themselves. Since they were directly involved in the situation, I think that another person should have reviewed the report to see if I actually broke any rules. I'm not saying that I should not be punished if I did break any rules; I'm only asking that someone else look at the footage and decide for themselves if the rule break i committed was valid, the admin did not give me any time to explain myself and instantly told me that i was getting banned for 3 days, i requested another admin look over it but they told me that is not how it works and it seems pretty unfair that the admin that was possibly angry about me killing them took my report and handed out the ban.

Hello im not an admin but can give my opinion as someone with no connection to GamingPeach,

Your ban seems valid to me, you're not BRAND new to the server, you shot with or without reason outside of a Police station with visable police cars,officers and other government workers arround as a PD raid had just concluded.

Hope this helps you in understanding your ban...i think 3 days is fair, majority 3.4 bans are 1 week plus these days.

As you can see, most of the cops were around the corner, and they didn't immediately know that I was the one who committed the shooting. From my perspective, I couldn't see the officer that was apparently only a few feet away, even in my peripheral vision. Because of that, I had no reason to believe that I was knowingly putting my life in danger at the time. I understand the purpose of 3.4 and why it would apply if I was fully aware that police were right next to me and chose to start a shootout. However, that wasn't the situation here. I couldn't see the officer, and the other officers were around the corner rather than directly on top of me. I also feel like the fact that the police didn't immediately identify me as the shooter other than me getting in the running car instantly supports my point that I wasn't knowingly engaging in a situation where I was surrounded by police. If I had realized they were that close, I obviously would have made a different decision. I would understand the 3.4 punishment more if there was genuinely no way for me to get away or if I knowingly engaged the person with police directly on top of me. In this case, though, I didn't have that information available to me when I made the decision.
