@Slayerduck is a great officer with a great personality. He would be a great teacher to the newer officers who need help with their first steps within the force, he's also very competent with a wide range of situations, and I would love to see him become a supervisor.

Grave's a great guy. Stern when he needs to be, supportive when he can. His rule knowledge and general attitude towards RP make him a great person to have on the server and it's wonderful that he's on the staff team and that he's earned his position as a moderator.

These last few days as an officer, I have had to deal with large amounts of suspects (3-6), sometimes on my own. I often lose my nerve and start shouting due to how a nightstick seems to do nigh-all against people. Anyone have any tips that can help me stay calm and control suspects?
