This usually happens because of the skybox. There is a map wide bug where you cannot use the flashlight without the skybox enabled, not sure if the skybox used in this room is a 2D skybox but this should probably be a fix until this entire bug is adressed...

Can you open the website in a incognito tab and see if this works? Also make sure that your extensions are disabled but this is usually the case when using incognito.
