What law do you wish to change/add:
Section 1.13 - Causing Harassment, alarm or distress
The act of using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour, disorderly behaviour or the act of displaying any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting. This is an offence committed in a public setting.

Why should this change/addition be made: There is some laws on anti-social behaviour but I feel adding this will fully cover anything, this might include offensive shop signs etc.

What is the aim of this change/addition: Covering more anti-social behaviour in Paralake laws.

Additional Information: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1986/64/section/5 Again just another general idea, change it round however.

Great minds think alike @LordTyla. I had this ready to go in, however I thought to replace 1.2 verbal abuse. Opinions on amendment below?​

1.2 Causing Harassment, Alarm or Distress

It is an offence to use threatening, abusing or insulting words or behaviour, or to display any writing sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.
