Yes, this could have been dealth with in an admin sit, but he left, and nobody responded to the report.

Why Should This Player Be Punished:
I was patrolling subs, when i see a few loitering individuals. I park my vehicle and a hope shouting later gavin punches me for no reason, After chasing him and having a real difficulty cuffing him, he jumps in his car. I rush to get my ram out(Which i didn't notice in scroll thingy) and he reverses right onto me. I draw my firearm and open fire on his tyres. A long chase later we find him, start a chase(some officer found it good to crash into him lol) he was revived. Were he suddenly had to go. I understand he had to go, and rushed him to jail. However he shouldn't have started the situation if he had to go.
