2.6 Shoutbox -Users are still expected to follow Basic Conduct rules on the shoutbox, failure to adhere to them will result in your permission to view and post in it revoked with no chance of appeal.

2.6 Shoutbox -Users are still expected to follow Basic Conduct rules on the shoutbox, failure to adhere to them will result in your permission to view and post in it revoked with a chance to make an apology after atleast 1 week of being banned.

Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: (Be extensive and descriptive)
Cause i find it extremely stupid that you can't make an apology for being shoutbox banned, as people get banned for the smallest things sometimes and NEVER has a chance of being unbanned from shoutbox again.
