PARALAKE POLICE DEPARTMENT
24/05/2025 FENTANYL YOGA - Traffic Control Plan
Original announcement regarding sanction

Dear colleagues,

A FENTANYL YOGA rally is scheduled to take place on Saturday 24 May 2025 at 19:00 BST and will consist of 3 laps of City Loop 3. Due to the complexity of the chosen circuit, we are issuing this Traffic Control Plan to assist those on-duty with safe traffic control measures and to help civilians understand the diversions that will be in-place.

Intersection management:
  • Extensive concrete barricades will be used at the Intersection to separate the race circuit from the normal flow of traffic. Access to the City Sector will be via left-hand turns only onto Main Street via the Police Department and City Hall. Access to the Suburbs will be via right-hand turn only via the Business Sector.
Puffer Street/Jennifer Street management:
  • Extensive concrete barricades will be used at the junction of Puffer Street and Jennifer Street - near Suburbs Fredy's - to separate the race circuit from the normal flow of traffic. Access to Suburbs Storage, Suburbs Fredy's, and Suburbs Jennifer's will be available via right-hand turn from Puffer Street onto Jennifer Street.
Road closures:
  • The highway from Intersection to Suburbs will be closed. Road users wishing to access the Suburbs will be diverted via the Business Sector and expected to use the Forest highway ramps. Returns to the City Sector will be via the Police Department and City Hall only.
  • Main Street outside the Hospital, Groove Road, and Flintlock and Jefferson Street around the Office will be closed. Road users wishing to access City Garage; the Bank; City Gas Station; Taxi Station; A Blaze It; Uncle Cos; et cetera will be diverted via Sunset Boulevard and P. Pass. Parking opposite the Hospital and the Office will not be accessible.
  • Swooper Road will be closed and access will only be provided for the Forest on-ramp. Road users wishing to enter Suburbs should do so by continuing on to Puffer Street.
  • Regals Street, Kalashnikov Street, and Railway Street will be closed. Suburbs Storage; Suburbs Fredy's; and housing in the Suburbs can be accessed as normal.
  • Access to the Forest will be off-road only behind Suburbs Monorail and Stonehenge. Road users will be permitted to drive this route or they can choose to remain in-place in the Forest until the rally has concluded.
Pedestrian management:
  • The Hospital Overpass and the Underpass will be closed and pedestrians should be directed to use the Regals Overpass for access to the Bank and City Garage.
  • Pedestrians may choose to stand behind any traffic control measures or concrete barriers, and should be detained for the duration of the rally if a Law Enforcement Officer has reasonable belief that they intend to run onto the live circuit. They should not be charged and instead released once the rally has concluded.
  • Any pedestrian who enters the live circuit and is struck by a race vehicle should be left in-place and no rescue attempted until the rally has concluded, as any attempt at rescue while the rally is live endangers both rescuers and racers.
Command available on the day:
  • Major Wolfgang Eisenhammer and Captain Acer Joseph are scheduled to be on-duty for the purposes of establishing traffic control measures and providing instruction to those on-duty. Colleagues are requested to obey all instructions. Road Traffic Unit colleagues will be given priority with regards to traffic control duties for the rally.

Kind regards,

Deputy Chief of Department Gernot Weissmueller #5555 / @Scrabuz

Major Wolfgang Eisenhammer #1000, Head of Professional Standards / @Collier

Captain Acer Joseph #9025, Head of Internal Affairs / @Acerius

Captain Mandy Sardine #8007, Head of Road Traffic Unit / @flugs
