Why should this change/addition be made: To fix a typo.

Additional Information: "Secret Service agents hold the same rank as the[y] hold in the PLPD, and therefore must abide by the policies of the PLPD. Secret Service agents are accountable to Police Supervisors and the Professional Standards Department in the PLPD." - I quoted the Penal Code as I asume it should be written, in a way it wont change intend & well, to fix a typo.

The template makes no sense to me, point 3 & 4 are basicaly the same.
