You can see I got GP by LEO dropped my gun, after he uncuffed me and told me I could go get my gun I would say you should not break 3.5 as you got killed there as civilian and you went as TFU coming back to the same situation that involved you

@LP7K while you did receive permission from that other officer to collect your firearm, the Captain aiming his sniper at you still instructed you not to pick up the firearm due to the situation still most likely not being clear. And with the Captain aiming at you, picking up the firearm is basically asking to get shot and not following the orders of the Captain while under gunpoint
