What law do you wish to change/add:
9.8 Theft while armed with offensive weaponry
It is a criminal offence to commit theft of a persons or companies possessions or property while armed with a offensive weapon
Liable to 6 years and a $5.000 fine

Why should this change/addition be made: right now the punishment for theft is a joke people are committing serious armed robbery's and getting 3 years 3k if they dont use the gun on anyone or run

What is the aim of this change/addition: clamps down harder on people committing serious armed robbery's that don't end up shooting anyone or committing 6.5 etc
