Why Why Should This Player Be Punished:
The player in question broke rule 3.20, by disconnecting from the server whilst in what I'd consider an RP situation as their life was in danger following their attempt to raid Victor's apartment.

Apologies for the lack of editing and generally low quality of the video, I recently updated to windows 10, formatting my drives in the process and as such have no editing software currently installed.
Also, having checked the forums for any mention of the steamID associated with that steam account, I found a ban apology made by @Coolkid, I will be using this ban apology as a source of info to get their IC name, so it may not be up-to-date, I will also be tagging the user so they can review my action request and respond appropriately.
