Also, when he has been on duty as an officer he kept acting very cocky towards me and disrespecting me so he is also renowned for breaking 4.1 as the rule because he breaks 10.1 as a law, that's just what happened to me with him anyway. Can't view the demo so I don't know exactly what he has done.
