It's possible, I just don't know whether someone will go out of their way to reset your character, Although it seems like a good cause that you're doing this for so potentially. I'd suggest doing a possible giveaway for members of the community, hiding it around the map of V6 or just giving it to a bunch of people that you meet along the way, possibly new players and selling your vehicles also.

This would cause some issues with members of staff thinking that they are ALTing and isn't necessary when they can just drop everything.

your best bet would be reaching out to a member of staff, preferably an administrator+ and requesting for them to delete your items, reset your genes and start that way. Or maybe just speak to someone like @A1L or @Collier and maybe get their opinion on you fully restarting from the tutorial phase.

I’d also recommend not making these kind of suggestions in the help and support channel, maybe put it in the suggestions channel or best to message an admin+ on the forums for something like this
