Why should this player be punished?: 5.2 Forced Withdrawals
Players must not force others to withdraw funds or items from ATMs, mobile banking, or storages, unless they are performing a legal search as Police. Items or money may only be forced out of storages when stolen; taken via scamming; or paying for damages due to another player’s negligence - & Possible NLR if you can check logs to see whether or not he returned after full death or if they were revived to then again try and force withdrawal.

Scammed one of Rob's friends for $85k in which they found me afterwards and tried to force withdrawal 100 leaves from my storage which I don't believe I even had at the time of when they were withdrawing it. My org then pulled up and killed them both into which I am unsure if they were finished or got revived, Was chilling at Bazaar and then Rob found me again and forced me to get into his car and took me to his Slums apartment, He then forced 100 leaves out of my inventory although that was not what was taken from his friend, It was $85k that was taken.

Incorrect, I even made an F6 to clarify.

Also - As the 5.2 Rule States "Items or money may only be forced out of storages WHEN STOLEN" The leaves were not infact stolen from him.

Why did you never in these 2 interactions try to convey to me the message that you scammed him out of 85,000$, not 100 coke leaves in character?

(The first encounter) The only thing you said in character during these 2 interactions near the storage was "What? I don't have any coco leaves on me. I don't have them on me. What? Yea but I can't get stuff out the storage for you. I don't have 100 coco leaves in my storage. I can't give you stuff in my storage that I don't have. I don't have them in storage." This is where I was in the miscommunication between Vego that he was scammed for 100 coke leaves, I was not aware you scammed him of 85,000$, not 100 coke leaves. You stalled and did not attempt to clarify that you stole 85,000$.

I am going to be honest, where he said "you cant take whats not urs from storage, you can take 85k" in LOOC I didn't pay attention to it simply because I had clouded judgement due to how long this went on, and regardless I couldn't have used that info in character.

That's not my issue, That's clear miscommunication between yourself and Vego which unfortunately has put yourself at fault. It could be played within the same scenario as if he told you that somebody in a full yellow outfit was KOS and you decide to KOS the wrong person because they're wearing full yellow clothing, again, because it's your actions then it's you that is at fault, You've said yourself that there was miscommunication on your part and that you were not aware of what was actually taken then again, that's not my fault.

As for the interactions, You were the one that wanted to start posting in LOOC saying that you could do what you want, The reason I was typing to you in LOOC was because I was and still am under the impression that you were taking the 100 leaves of me which wasn't what was stolen and I'm not the type of person to report people as most of the time I just get on with it but under this circumstance I believe that you should've known better.

I told you numerous of times in LOOC in which I was trying to guide you into not breaking a rule by saying that you can take the $85k off me but not the 100 leaves which I was trying to indicate to you to take me to an ATM and make me get the $85k out and hand it to you because as I mentioned above, I don't wish to report players.

Edit: I also want to ensure (which I'm sure the staff will do) that you both haven't broken NLR and returned to the second situation in your new life as I cannot tell whether you were both blackscreened or got revived.

So miscommunication + "not paying attention" to something that I had said, has resulted into a wrong-doing of your own.
