Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - The user risked his freedom and life by starting a police chase and then pulling his gun, which resulted in the users death. The user could have avoided the chase/shootout by investigating why they were being pulled over.

I was stopping him due to a civilian making a report (2nd report) of him gunpointing them but no evidence to support it. It would have been a simple conversation/investigation which Donald could have easily got away with. Donald also stated in OOC after his death ' [OOC] Coomstains: u had no reason to chase me to begin with honestly but ok'. Donald should have tried to get an understanding of why an LEO was stopping him and seen if he could get away with it before fleeing and then pulling a gun.

I was raiding regals apartments to which i ended up gunpointing somebody because they kept lingering around the area despite being told to leave, i seen a cop above in the bank parking looking down at me after that and thought hed seen me and ik the charge for raids is 9 years so when i got chased i ran bc i didnt want to be identified and recognized as same suspect at regals but u pinned my car and left me no choice but to try and defend myself, i said u had no reason to chase me in first place bc i doubt that u were able to recognize me when u first started the chase but ik u would if i stopped my car for u so ran instead

Be interesting to see if logs confirm your raid at Regals. I would also been intrigued to see your demo with this officer watching you as I was in the exact area (about 5/10mins before the clip) and don’t recall anything. - this demo request cannot come from me and something staff/acer would ask. If this was the case fair enough…

If you dont recall anything that's fine idk if it was you that seen me i just know that cops have radio and i assumed after the tfu seen me holding a dude at gunpoint (who i assumed called in the raid to 911) that you guys were after me, i didnt think u were chasing me for that but knew once i was stopped or caught id be identified as the same suspect considering my clothing is very recognizable im dressed like a leprachaun for ffs lol so i took my chances running figured better to try and escape than take chance being recognized and taken to jail for 9 years as i was very clearly the same suspect sighted on scene at regals
