Why should this player be punished?: Blatant RDM thought he was sneaky very clearly knew what he was doing just probably didn't realize he could still be reported after he leaves. I had no prior interaction with the player, he was just waiting around bazaar, I assume looking for somebody to rdm so he could get off IDRK what his motive was but definitely nothing that was in guidelines of the servers RP.
