Why should this player be punished?: Person have run me over without a reason and caused me to lose a firearm. (M1911A1 with Supressor and Pistol Reflex on it)

The gun doesn't really matter but the thing he have done was so pointless. Even if that attempt was for the police to save his friend, his friend was just being ticketed for a traffic offense.

I'm gonna leave a full 1 minute (%600 speed until the last seconds of situation) length video to show that I had nothing to do with that person so that person literally had no reason to run me over.
