Why should this player be punished?: players gp me at bazaar back parking to open the door of a bazaar shop with intetion to mug me. They had heard me before inside since they tried to raid it once few minutes prior this incident

they did not thats why I said with intention to mug but it still should qualify for breaking a rule

If they gun-point you to open the door considering they knew it was your property and you were close to it, it doesn't seem like their intention was to mug you as they searched you and didn't take anything. I don't see no rule-breakages.
