Why should this player be punished?: 2.5, User shot and finished me instantly for no apparent reason, also attempted to lie his way out by claiming I "pointed my revolver at him for a few seconds", which my video clearly disproves

The clip provided by @Franko shows a visual bug where @Tamaninja's gun drawing is actually seen in attack stance and not in passive mode (the gun was in "attack stance" for no more than 1 second). After which the weapon was very quickly put down and Tamaninja proceeded to go on his way when he was shot from the back. The kill was unnecessary as it was disproportionate to the "threat" caused by Tamaninja, considering he started leaving the situation.

@Franko will receive a warning for 2.5 for the unnecessary kill.
