Why should this player be punished?: 3.4
Oscar Clayton - Gun pointed me over attempting to cuff someone for ignoring commands from a police officer , he then lingered in the area and then ignored gunpoint
Steve Phromkraft - Crowbaring cuffs off in full view of police officer
Ryan Coin - Crowbaring someone out of cuffs in front of me after watching me just baton and cuff someone over the same thing
Joe Dixon - Punch whoring me while Im trying to arrest someone
Baker Foe - Lingering in the area and hitting me with his car escalating to 9.2

Everyone in this report committed a crime one way or another and escalated the situation from tickets to full arrests. Even after earning their freedom they lingered in the area because they knew against one cop they could do whatever they wanted. This whole situation ended with me being shot in the head by god knows who.

Hello, as demonstrated in your clip at 2:26, you used excessive force when apprehending me for a minor crime. There was no escalation of force whatsoever, no commands issued to me other than "next person to do it gets a ticket", nothing of the lines of "Stop dragging that body or I'll use my baton". Punching you is justified in this situation - you were very trigger happy with your baton and were asking for it really, furthermore, you were severely outnumbered in the situation and yet still attempted to arrest basically everyone on scene. If I had the intent of killing you I would have taken a gun out of storage, but I didn't as I'm not about to break 3.4. I'm here commenting in regards to myself and will let everyone else reported post their justification here.

Hello, Steve Phromkraft here.
Regarding your recent AR, I believe I have not committed any server offenses based on your evidence provided. Your clip shows a lone officer trying to detain half of the bazar, refusing to request back up and only pressing your panic button at the 4:20 mark. Whilst yes I did do the actions you stated, these actions are justified by the mere lack of police presence and the fact you was actively being gun pointed. Once it was clear you had no control of the situation you should have requested back up, not start lashing out and escalating.
Furthermore I believe you used excessive force on multiple people, including an unarmed person who was stood at the bazar? This type of policing would not go without protest, which you could say our following actions are.

Yoooo baker here I don’t really know why u @ me and said I was the one who was running people over I wasn’t and I wasn’t involved in this at all. All I was trying to do was snitch on someone and get them arrested so when the ems pulled up I helped them get dna and then went up to you and told you that guy did kill someone the one I was pointing to and talking about at the start that’s why I was there and I was not the one in that car thx!

@Not_Cherry2007 why did you shoot the police officer? You have 48 hours to respond.

@Gerrshwin why did you gunpoint the police officer to release the man when he would, at most, be charged with failure to co-operate or destruction of evidence. Additionally, why did you then fail to follow gunpoint thereafter? You have 48 hours to respond.

@Matthew why did you escalate a potential charge of tampering with evidence by continually punching the police officer, risking a further charge of assault, or potentially being shot should you have critically injured him?

@Steve Phromkraft why did you risk multiple aiding and abetting charges by breaking out, and trying to break out people who you knew were facing only minor charges?

@Ryancoins why did you attempt to break out Steve in front of the officer? What was the plan there?

@Hoblit why did you run over the officer and risk a 9.2 charge, as well as charges for aiding and abetting, over your friend receiving a potential 5 year sentence?

Hey, Steve Phromkraft here.
Given this AR was made a week ago, my memory of the situation isn't the greatest. From what I can recall I arrived at the bazar to see my friends being stopped by the police officer and 2 bodies on the floor. You can see early into Charles clip that I am driving the purple golf. Once I saw Charles start beating Joe and cuffing him, and Charles being gun pointed I thought it was an attempt to free someone who was facing a 7+ year sentence. I tried to free Joe knowing Charles was being gun pointed, and from there since I was already now involved I stayed to free anyone else if I could.

I will admit I tried to free people when Charles was close to me but as stated previously he did not request back up and he was simply out numbered. A lone officer cannot and should not attempt to police the entire bazar, especially not when he is investigating a murder.

@Hoblit why did you run over the officer and risk a 9.2 charge, as well as charges for aiding and abetting, over your friend receiving a potential 5 year sentence?
Because I deemed the chances of us getting away without being caught very high, seeing as no backup showed up and he was outnumbered like crazy and my car could easily outrun 90% of PLPD's cars.

For the running over part, he runs behind me as I reverse. I'm sure you're aware that there is an input lag when driving. It was not my intention nor could I have reasonably prevented it, seeing as I was just trying to leave the scene and was clearly moving before he decided to run behind me.

hey, my intention was not to critically injure the officer or kill him, but it was to punch him hoping he would get distracted by me and allow the person cuffed to run away, this was only done however due to how severely outnumbered the officer was and the high likelihood of escaping, if the officer had called for backup earlier i wouldn’t have punched him. again, i had no intention of killing him or severely injuring him as if i did i would’ve grabbed a gun, i know i have no chance against a police officer with fists

@Gerrshwin will be issued a 2 week ban for 3.4 for gunpointing the officer, staying within the vicinity of the situation and breaking gunpoint afterwards.
@Not_Cherry2007 will be issued a 2 week ban for shooting the officer without any justification.
@Matthew will be issued a 3 day ban for senselessly punching the officer without any regard for his own freedom.
@Steve Phromkraft will be issued a 1 week ban due to his previous record of similar 3.4 issues. You should not have attempted to break out your friends whilst in direct view of the officer in the middle of bazaar.
@Hoblit will be issued a warning for 3.4 as choosing to keep throwing the body after being told not to would be (and did) put his freedom at risk. Afterwards, the user also risked his freedom by trying to free his friend with his car in direct eye shot of the officer.
@Ryancoins will be issued a 3 day ban for 3.4 given his horrible 3.4 record within recent weeks. The user should not have attempted to break someone out of handcuffs whilst in direct eyeshot of the officer, therefore risking his freedom.

@Honkerst's actions were not deemed rule breaks throughout the entire video. The user was also not the one driving the vehicle in this situation. As such, the user will receive no action.
